In order to join as a premium member or Fee based member of
www.worldhardwares.com, you agree to pay for annual membership
cost, set forth in the site, using a telegraphic transfer or
valid credit card which we accept. We also keep the right to
increase membership fee or to institute new fee at any time
with a notice on this site.
If you want to cancel or cancel during your membership period
after your payment of annual membership fee, we will not refund
the membership cost at any reason regardless of the unused months

Membership Termination
Members can select to terminate his or her membership with www.worldhardwares.com
at any time, by sending E-mail from his or her registered E-mail
including his or her ID, user name and password. However, upon
termination, member's account information will not be removed
entirely from www.worldhardwares.com.
In case any member breach this terms and conditions, we keep
the right to immediately terminate his or her membership for
any reason whatever with or without notice.
We also reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate
your access to our services, regardless of free or premium services,
in whole or in part, without notice, with respect to any breach
or threatened breach of any portion of this terms and conditions.
Disclaimer and Indemnification

this site, including, without limitation, text, graphics, and
links, are provided on an "as is" basis with no warranty.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaims all representations
and warranties, express or implied, with respect to such information,
services, products, and materials, including but not limited

warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance.
Also, you hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless

by us in connection with any claim arising out of any breach

You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense
of any claim.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The validity, performance, construction and effect of this terms
and condition shall be governed exclusively by the laws of People
Republic of China without recourse to any principles of conflict
of laws. Also, in case of any controversy, dispute, claim, or
similar matter arising out of, resulting from, or in connection
with this terms and conditions or a breach hereof, the parties
shall seek to resolve the matter amicably through discussions
between themselves.
Should such efforts be unavailing, and the parties fail to resolve
such case, controversy, dispute, claim, or similar matter within
sixty(60) days, the parties shall resolve such dispute through
arbitration in Beijing, People's Republic of China in accordance
with the commercial arbitration rules of the China Commercial
Arbitration Board.
The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the decision
rendered therein shall be final and binding upon the parties.
Also, we will not interfere or become involved in any transactions
between members. All transactions will be the responsibility
of the members only
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between
you and us with respect to the site and, if applicable, the
Premium Services and supersedes all prior agreements between
you and us. Failure by us to enforce any provision of this agreement
shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
